Your Tasks

• First Point of Contact for League Leaders & ClubsYou are the central point of contact for league leaders and clubs in all matters related to the game schedule. This includes administrative support for team registrations, phase assessments, promotions and relegations, as well as assistance with post-game processing in our IT system. You will also be the first point of contact for First-Level IT Support for officials and club representatives.

• Data and Project ManagementThe management of the database 'MySIHF' and the website of the Leagues & Cup department are part of your job responsibilities. Additionally, you will work on various projects, such as the Denner Swiss Ice Hockey Day, and provide organizational and administrative support to the Director Leagues & Cup.

• Support for Clubs in Game Operations & System DevelopmentYou will support clubs in the professional implementation of game operations and ensure that all relevant processes and systems are correctly applied. In this role, you will serve as a technical interface between clubs, league leaders, and our IT department.

• Deputy for Legal Affairs & Student SupportYou will take over the deputyship of the legal affairs department of the junior, amateur, and women's sports and act as a practice trainer for KV students.

Your Profile

• A completed commercial education or equivalent degree, along with several years of professional experience in a similar function, preferably with an affinity for ice hockey.

• Solid German and French language skills (mandatory); additional languages are advantageous.

• High IT affinity, good user knowledge of MS Office, and networked thinking.

• A structured, proactive, self-reliant, and reliable work style, as well as a team player with high communication skills.

• Flexibility and the willingness to work evenings and weekends are also among your strengths, along with the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic times.
