Job description
Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced International Student Program Coordinator to join a government department based in Brisbane on a contract basis.
In this role you will contribute to the delivery of customer-focused international services by leading and managing international student programs and related administration processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality international education services and contribute to program growth and improvement.

In this role you will contribute to the delivery of customer-focused international services by leading and managing international student programs and related administration processes.
- Rate: Circa $59.00 per hour + super
- Location: Brisbane
- Contract Length: ASAP - 24/12/2025
- Provide accurate advice on international student programs and ensure the quality completion of work
- Coordinate and support business improvement initiatives and special projects
- Manage compliance with Commonwealth and State legislation relating to international education programs
- Administer and oversee international student management systems to maintain data integrity and quality client service
- Analyse and resolve complex issues, including enrolment data validation, auditing, and reporting
- Manage invoicing and financial record-keeping for international student programs
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, preferably within an education or government context
- Strong knowledge of compliance and policy requirements relating to international education
- Advanced skills in managing and maintaining information systems and databases
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and contribute to process improvements
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Knowledge of government systems and processes
