Coordinator for Repair and Maintenance

Your job responsibilities

• Coordination of work with employees related to vehicle maintenance and repair,
• Management of service areas and vehicle repairs,
• Surveillance over the authorization process for repairs,
• Authorization of repair cost estimates,
• Picking services to realize service orders,
• Evaluation of service quality,
• Verification of documentation related to services,
• Verification of repair time,
• Ongoing cooperation with fleet service providers, e.g. vehicle repair services.

Our expectations

• Experience in managing a team,
• A few years' experience in authorizing repairs for personal vehicles,
• Experience in managing a fleet of passenger cars,
• Analytical thinking, planning, decision-making skills,
• Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics,
• Experience in analyzing service costs,
• Familiarity with mechanical principles,
• Familiarity with the automotive industry,
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
• Independence and responsibility,
• Able to work under time pressure and organize work well,
• Hardworking, punctual, diligent,
• Driving license category B.
