Coordinator for Pallet Management - Southern Poland

We are looking for an experienced Coordinator for Pallet Management to join our team in Central and Southern Poland. You will be responsible for optimizing the use of assets (palettes) and minimizing losses. You will be a key person in contact with pickup points and retail sales points, ensuring smooth processes and minimizing losses.

Your tasks:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with palette pickup points and monitoring their compliance with procedures.
• Identifying and recovering palettes that are outside the official circulation.
• Analyzing data on losses and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining positive relationships with retailers to ensure effective recovery.
• Updating IT systems with accurate data.
• Collaborating with internal teams to reduce losses.

We expect:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-changing logistics environment (FMCG industry experience is highly valued).
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
• Willingness to work in the field (Central and Southern Poland).
• Able to analyze data and draw conclusions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Diligence, questioning the status quo, and proposing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building lasting relationships.
• Able to identify potential areas of loss and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel at an intermediate level).
• A valid driving license (category B).
