COORDINATOR FOR MINOR COMMUNITIES EDUCATOR

Lavoro Mio SpA- branch of CENTO- research for client company in the educational services sector, COORDINATOR FOR MINOR COMMUNITIES EDUCATOR to be inserted into the organizational chart. The educator with coordination function is required: - knowledge of the workplace context in community or similar services - good relational skills and particularly in managing complex situations - leadership, spirit of autonomy, problem-solving ability, ability to work independently, ability to coordinate and manage a team, ability to communicate effectively, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work in a multicultural environment. The educator with coordination function will be responsible for: - coordinating the activities of the minor communities educators; - ensuring the quality of the educational services provided; - monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational programs; - developing and implementing new educational projects; - collaborating with other professionals involved in the project; - maintaining relationships with local authorities, schools, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have: - a degree in education or related field; - experience in coordinating educational activities for minor communities; - knowledge of the Italian education system; - ability to work independently and as part of a team; - excellent communication skills; - ability to maintain confidentiality.
