Job Description What will you do ? - Convert orders into invoicing proposals according to internal procedures and agreements - Check the completeness and correctness of invoicing data such as prices and quantities - Make and forward invoicing proposals in a timely manner to the relevant department or customer - Receive, verify and process incoming delivery data from external transporters - Take care of various internal invoices between departments or entities Profile What do we expect ? - You have a degree in economics or a related field - You have experience with invoicing and logistics - You are able to work accurately and efficiently - You are able to communicate effectively - You are able to work independently and as part of a team - You are able to handle stress and pressure - You are able to adapt to changing circumstances - You are able to maintain confidentiality - You are able to work in a multicultural environment - You have knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel - You have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems - You are able to learn new systems quickly - You are able to take initiative and be proactive - You are able to prioritize tasks effectively - You are able to meet deadlines - You are able to maintain a high level of quality in your work - You are able to work in a fast-paced environment - You have experience with invoicing software, such as Exact or similar - You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - You are able to maintain a high level of organization and planning - You are able to prioritize tasks effectively - You are able to meet deadlines - You are able to maintain a high level of quality in your work - You have experience with logistics and transportation, such as UPS or similar - You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - You are able to maintain a high level of organization and planning - You are able to prioritize tasks effectively - You are able to meet deadlines - You are able to maintain a high level of quality in your work
