Customer Service Coordinator (100%)

• Worldwide customer support in internal services in close & proactive collaboration with various departments in multiple languages (e.g., German, English, French)
• Freight forwarder handling
• Processing of customer orders using SAP (module SD) including all order-related follow-up processes
• Master data creation & verification, inter alia using an established process
• Complaint processing in close cooperation with internal departments
• Acting as a substitute for colleagues, also in the area of additional costs

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
• Export knowledge of great advantage
• Fluent German and very good English skills, French and Italian are an advantage
• Good general IT skills as well as experience with SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems
• Proactive, flexible, independent and humorous personality with quick comprehension skills, high team spirit and a positive mindset
• Organizational talent
• No chemistry knowledge required
