RESPONSABILITIES :
- Coordinate the management of GLR's promotional material, including design with the supplier, purchase, distribution, and inventory;
- Collaborate with the IT department to prepare new employee workstations;
- Support directors in managing construction payroll;
- Provide administrative support to accounting, including verifying invoices;
- Support the general direction in sustainable development by filling out Hydro-Québec questionnaires;
- Respond to various calls and redirect requests to the right people;
- Take charge of welcoming and orienting visitors at the office;
- Classify certain files and keep their respective registers up-to-date (welcome form, training cards, inspection equipment forms, mobilization equipment forms);
- And all other connected tasks related to communication, coordination, event planning, and administrative support.
RequirementsREQUIREMENTS :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Pertinent professional or college-level training (administration, office automation);
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent mastery of the French language (written and oral communication).
