Coordination of Training and Development (Focus on Data, Tech & Products)

We are looking for a Coordinator of Technical Training and Development to lead the creation and management of training initiatives focused on technical areas of the organization, with special emphasis on technology, data, and product development. This position will be responsible for designing technical development tracks, managing external learning platforms, and ensuring the delivery of tailored programs for specific skills, always monitoring performance indicators to ensure quality, cost, and deadline.

What will be your main deliverables?

• Act as a liaison with the global learning team, bringing international practices and content to the local context, ensuring alignment with the challenges and reality of technical teams in Brazil.
• Collaborate with the global team on building and adapting training programs and projects, ensuring that initiatives reflect the strategic needs of the local operation.
• Develop technical development tracks for all specialties within the organization, aligned to strategic and operational needs.
• Manage external learning platforms focused on technical training, with a focus on collaborators from technology, data, and product areas.
• Create ad-hoc technical training programs, in partnership with internal areas and specialized suppliers.
• Monitor KPIs related to training programs, ensuring control of costs, quality of deliveries, and meeting deadlines.
• Act as a bridge between technical areas and human resources to ensure that development initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, methodologies, and partners to enhance technical learning within the organization.
