Teaching Coordinator - External and Faculty Quality Evaluation of Training (EFaQ)

For the Faculty of Law and Criminology (DRT), Sector of Human Sciences (SSH) Main site: Louvain-la-Neuve Part-time contract (50%), for a fixed term (until December 15, 2026) Start date: as soon as possible Context / Mission The Faculty of Law and Criminology at UCLouvain is launching a recruitment for a dedicated coordinator to the EFaQ project (External and Faculty Quality Evaluation of Training). This institutional project, lasting 18 months, aims to evaluate the quality of training programs offered by the faculty. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the evaluation process, ensuring the smooth operation of the project, and providing support to the teams involved. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education, research, or a related field, with experience in project management, coordination, and communication. Fluency in French is required, as well as excellent written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. The coordinator will work closely with the faculty's administrative staff, researchers, and teaching staff to ensure the successful implementation of the EFaQ project. The position requires a high level of organization, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
