Technical Coordinator PCT H/F

Manpower For our client, offering a complex and demanding technical environment, we are looking for: A Technical Coordinator H/F Your missions: - Provide technical and operational support to internal users and follow up on intervention requests via GMAO and ticketing tools (CARL Source, CARL Touch, ServiceNow). - Plan and coordinate technical work with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Follow up on the maintenance of critical equipment, improve the quality of GMAO data, and produce reports on availability and performance. - Participate in continuous improvement of technical processes to reduce downtime, optimize costs, and increase efficiency. - Write and update technical documentation, procedures, and user manuals. - Train and accompany users on tools and best practices. Profile sought: - Imperative experience within the Geneva International Airport. - Mandatory experience in help desk or service desk - Holder of a CFC or equivalent diploma in a technical or administrative field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function, with expertise in building maintenance and administrative management. - Mastery of electrical systems, CVC, security, and GMAO tools; familiarity with GTB. - Fluent French, English is an asset. - Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and autonomous skills. - Flexibility to manage interventions on extended hours (7/7 maximum 7h-19h) and ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
