Your future role;
You are the link between our international clients and our partners in China, ensuring the proper execution of projects and respect for deadlines. You manage administrative, operational, and logistical coordination of custom orders.
Your key responsibilities will be;
• Project Management: Evaluate feasibility of requests, write offers, follow production until shipment.
• Communication: Exclusive email exchanges in English (no phone calls).
• Production: Negotiate prices with Chinese partners, write production orders on Excel, ensure tracking.
• Logistics: Organize international shipments (Incoterm FOB), verify transportation documents, optimize container filling.
Profile;
• Education: Higher degree (international commerce, transport/logistics, law or equivalent).
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in a similar role (coordination, back office, logistics). Experience with China = asset.
• Language skills: Written English mandatory (Chinese = plus).
• IT skills: Advanced mastery of Excel essential (complex formulas, dynamic cross-tables, automations).
• Personal qualities: Analytical mind, rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, intellectual curiosity.Offre;

• Schedule: Fixed (8am-12pm / 1pm-5pm).
• Type of contract: Full-time CDI (40/38): 20 days off + 12 RTT.
• Remuneration: Gross salary €3,000 to €3,500 (up to €4,000 if relevant experience with China).
• Benefits: Meal vouchers (€8 after 3 months), group insurance, travel reimbursement.
