Joining our site means becoming the guarantor of two fundamental pillars: the absolute fluidity of our flows and the total safety of our teams. As a Cross-Dock Coordinator, you will orchestrate daily activity, from the arrival of transporters to the last mile of our delivery drivers.

Your Missions: A 360° Role

Guarantor of Safety & Security

• Integrity Assurance: You ensure compliance with safety directives and verify that emergency exits and fire equipment are always operational and clear.

• Safety and Security: You are responsible for the security of the warehouse and the vehicle fleet (theft prevention, securing the premises upon closing).

• Workplace Quality: You ensure exemplary cleanliness of the warehouse and the proper maintenance (mechanical and bodywork) of the vehicle fleet.

Orchestrator of Logistics Activity

• Inbound/Outbound Flows: You ensure the safe unloading of transporters and the loading of vans.

• Last Mile Management: You assign routes, monitor their progress in real-time, and react immediately to unforeseen events to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Optimization: You organize the zones (loading, storage, cold room) according to our "non-negotiable" standards.

Proximity Manager & Positive Leader

• Employee Lifecycle: From recruitment (screening, group sessions, onboarding) to annual reviews, you foster the growth of your team.

• Social Management: You manage schedules in compliance with legal frameworks and break times.

Your Profile: Rigorous, Autonomous, and Proactive

• Field Expertise: You master logistics processes and must possess the CACES 3 certification.

• Results-Oriented Culture: You know how to monitor performance indicators (Service Level, DOT, SOT) to identify areas for improvement.
