This role is for youFull-Time Client Invoicing and Contracts Coordinator H/FDESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONAs a Full-Time Client Invoicing and Contracts Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to:• Coordinate the preparation of client invoices and contracts;• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and contract management;• Manage and maintain accurate records of all client transactions;• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of invoicing and contract processes;• Develop and implement efficient workflows for invoicing and contract management;• Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions;• Provide exceptional customer service to clients;• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information;• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of client transactions;• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize invoicing and contract processes;• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting invoicing and contracts;• Perform other related duties as required.Key Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance);• 2+ years of experience in client invoicing and contract management;• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);• Familiarity with accounting software and systems;• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
