As a Shift Coordinator, you are the go-to person for your team and guests. You organize and lead your shift, ensure smooth operations, and make sure everyone feels good and safe. You motivate the team, help out where needed, and bring your positive energy to every shift. You set an example in food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene, and you are always ready to coach and support your team.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and lead your shift for a smooth restaurant experience
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and the team
Maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene
Support the team during busy periods - in the kitchen, at the counter, or in the dining area
Foster team spirit and motivate colleagues
Communicate openly and manage conflicts with empathy and respect
Utilize management tools (scheduling, cash register, orders, inventory)
Support training and development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Reliable, responsible, and positive attitude
Enjoy working with people and leading a team
Open, empathetic, and respectful communication
Proactive, inventive, and eager to learn
Analytical mindset and comfortable with technology

Good command of the local language
