We are looking for an ADV Coordinator F/H on behalf of our client based in Tricot.
Reporting to the ADV Pole and linked with the Logistics Service, you coordinate the ADV service. As such, you: - receive incoming calls from the service and redirect requests - process emails - download, enter, and control customer orders - send order receipts - launch orders in preparation - intervene as reinforcement for the ADV team - manage non-conformities (receipt, registration, control, follow-up...) The job characteristics:
Remuneration: €28,000 to €32,533 gross monthly x 13 months (depending on experience) Software: SAP Context of position creation:
A degree in administrative and/or commercial management from Bac to Bac +2, you justify a minimum of 5 years' experience in ADV. You are recognized for your ability to manage emergencies, organizational sense, and leadership. Mastery of an ERP, ideally SAP is required.
