Responsibilities and Mission

The In-Store Client Projects Coordinator will be responsible for guaranteeing and controlling the quality of customer renovation projects, acting as their point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Functions

Client/Resident Relationship

· Accompany the client through all phases of the renovation project, from coordination with various project advisors (renovation planning with two or more trades) to managing post-sale issues.

· Monitor at the client's home the timely and proper execution of the renovation process and by the installers.

· Advise the client on legal procedures necessary for project execution.

Quality and Efficiency

· Ensure the efficiency of the client's renovation project execution, accompanying them during the measurement of major renovations, its planning, on-time merchandise delivery, deadline adherence, etc.

· Verify and certify installations regarding adherence to planned deadlines, budgets, installation finish quality, professionalism, installer conduct, and final site cleanliness.

· Monitor the quality level of installers, transmit feedback to the Services Manager, and propose improvement actions.

Project Advisors Management

· Act as the point of contact and technical support for the store's Client Project Advisors.

Cross-Functional Management

· Manage and actively participate in cross-functional projects with other group departments and ensure the achievement of assigned objectives at all times.

Demonstrable Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience is required.
• Good knowledge of office suite tools.
