Job description

Human Resources Coordinator


In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing corporate personnel administration processes, ensuring the correct operation of the employee lifecycle, compliance with labor legislation, and timely execution of institutional processes. Your contribution will be key to strengthening the employee experience, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the integrity of Human Resources processes in the Corporate office.


Your main challenges


  • Coordinate the employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and institutional processes.
  • Administer payroll, social security, and benefits incidents to ensure correct and timely payments.
  • Manage the organizational structure through the creation, release, and movement of positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate promotions, salary adjustments, and organizational movements in accordance with compensation policies.
  • Follow up on performance management, mandatory training, and NOM-035 processes to ensure compliance with corporate programs.
  • Collaborate with Labor Relations in the execution of performance improvement plans, administrative reports, and labor processes.
  • Ensure the integrity and availability of personnel files to comply with internal and external audits.
  • Provide an excellent service experience through attention and advice to employees on Human Resources matters.


Mandatory Requirements



Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (degree required).

5 to 6 years of experience in Personnel Administration or Human Resources processes, or previous experience coordinating HR processes.


Solid knowledge in:


Personnel administration.

Labor legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT).

Payroll incident administration.

Benefits and perks management.

Performance processes and NOM-035.


Proficiency in:


Advanced Excel.

Oracle HCM Cloud.

PeopleSoft.


Desirable


Master's degree or postgraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or an economic-administrative area.

Experience in highly complex corporate organizations.

Knowledge in compensation processes and organizational structures.

Experience handling labor and Human Resources audits.

High orientation towards service and continuous improvement.
