About the Role

Bachelor's Degree Program Coordinator - Accounting

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the academic and administrative strategies of the programs under your charge through comprehensive monitoring of the student's trajectory to ensure academic satisfaction, fulfillment of professional profiles, and successful program completion. Your work will connect with our global mission, generating impact in academic excellence.

Your Main Challenges

  • Manage institutional linkage with health and industry sectors through agreement signing, event organization, and faculty updating to ensure professional practice opportunities and academic relevance of the programs.
  • Coordinate annual academic planning by participating in schedule workshops and group management to ensure efficient workload, group compaction, and correct assignment of faculty profiles.
  • Administer standardized national evaluations (EGEL, ENE, EPES, ETC) by organizing their application and results monitoring to measure and improve student graduation levels against external standards.
  • Execute student retention and success strategies by analyzing dropout variables and integrating support programs to ensure the re-enrollment and permanence of the student population.
  • Ensure the quality of faculty talent by participating in the selection, evaluation, and collegial assignment of professors to maintain academic standards and compliance with professiographic profiles.

Profile We Are Looking For

Indispensable Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Master's degree desirable in Education, Administration, or a specialization in the field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar activities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
