Summary

To develop and ensure that the Occupational Health and Well-being Strategy plans and activities of Constellation Brands are implemented in all areas of the brewery, with the objective of creating an interdependent culture, where self-care is promoted and this contributes to business continuity by having healthy, productive, and creative employees.
To monitor the emotional health of all employees, implementing actions from the Well-being Strategy. Ensuring compliance with applicable Mexican legislation.

Responsibilities

1.- Develop, in coordination with management, plans for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Well-being strategies.

2.- Contribute to the development of activities for the Occupational Health and Well-being Strategy, to detect and reduce risk factors in employee health.


3.- Responsible for complying with applicable legal and corporate requirements related to Occupational Health and Well-being. (IMSS, SSA, STPS, COFEPRIS).

4.- Ensure that the first aid brigade has the necessary training and preparation to handle medical emergencies at the brewery in accordance with the inherent risks of the operation.

5.- Serve as the liaison between the Occupational Health department of the Mexican Social Security Institute and Compañía Cervecera de Veracruz.

6.- Administer and analyze occupational health files to create a diagnosis of personnel health, which will serve as information for the creation of the prevention strategy to mitigate occupational, health, and well-being risks.

7.- Monitor epidemiological behavior, incidents, and occupational diseases; implement epidemiological intervention strategies. Apply the concept of surveillance, programming, coordination, and evaluation of epidemiological surveillance systems, applied to workplace incidents, occupational diseases, and environmental alterations linked to work in the brewery.

8.- Monitor based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Lost Time Incidents (LTIs), Absences due to work-related risk or general illness, to contribute to their reduction.

9.- Identify occupational risks and develop proposals to minimize them, advising areas on prevention and/or correction actions.

10.- Projects for the improvement of employee health and well-being indicators.

11.- Evaluate operation activities from a medical perspective. Identify job positions with ergonomic risks or that cause musculoskeletal injuries.

12.- Comply with the program for psychosocial risk factors and a favorable organizational environment, in order to identify, analyze, and establish preventive measures in coordination with the committee and human resources.

13.- Audit work areas ensuring optimal conditions for carrying out their activities.

14.- Comprehensive management of the specialized occupational health medical service.

15.- Administration and control of the budget allocated for the execution of the occupational health and well-being work plan.

16.- Communication with Managers and Team Leaders to inform them about the health risks of their personnel and implement action plans to mitigate or eliminate risks associated with health and well-being.

17.- Manages the activities of the Health Committee.

18.- Work with the Health and Well-being team from Mexico City, Cd. Obregón, and Nava.

19.- Serve as the liaison between the strategic health programs of Compañía Cervecera de Veracruz and the community.

20.- Coordination of the health and well-being ambassadors of Compañía Cervecera de Veracruz.

21.- Achieve participation objectives in Health and Well-being campaigns.
