R&D Regulatory Coordinator Caribbean

Objective:

Provide support in Technical-regulatory matters for products marketed in territories corresponding to MSI

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical-regulatory information through technical data sheets of US product lines to clients in countries where MSI has commercial activity for their regulatory compliance.
2. Creation and regulatory approval of new ingredients for co-packers outside the US who manufacture products for MSI, or for products developed specifically for MSI in the US or Mexico.
3. Request and review of the necessary documentation for the approval of ingredients for co-packers outside the US who manufacture products for MSI or for products developed specifically for MSI in the US or Mexico.
4. Review and approval of new formulations developed specifically for MSI to ensure their regulatory compliance.
5. Generation of information for labels (LIN) of exclusive products for MSI or stickers required according to the country of sale.
6. Relationship with co-packer technical teams and MSI clients.
7. Coordination of certificates (Kosher/Halal/Organic/...) for new formulations specifically developed for MSI.
8. Review and approval of artwork for new SKUs specifically developed for MSI.
9. Coordination of Safety Data Sheets with Ireland, for new concentrate formulations specifically developed for MSI or existing concentrates sold in MSI territory.

Requirements:

EDUCATION

• Food Engineering or similar

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years or more in the regulatory affairs area

LANGUAGES

• Advanced English (essential)

KNOWLEDGE

• US Regulation (FDA, 21 CFR, basic knowledge of regulatory schemes of other countries outside MX and US)
• MX Regulation
