PROJECT COORDINATOR AND RECRUITMENT ANALYST

The Project Coordinator and Recruitment Analyst will be responsible for coordinating projects and analyzing recruitment processes to ensure the best possible candidates are selected for our company's various positions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and project coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as knowledge of HR software and systems. The Project Coordinator and Recruitment Analyst will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our company's needs.
