Talent Planning Coordinator Objective: Coordinate and execute talent and development initiatives that contribute to strengthening the organizational capabilities of talent, in alignment with the business strategy and priorities. Experience and knowledge in: Managing the integral cycle of institutional surveys: work environment, Great Place to Work, and exit interviews, analyzing data to implement and measure action plans that increase talent satisfaction and retention. Planning, executing, and evaluating corporate and operational training programs, ensuring alignment with the competency model and measuring learning impact. Managing and executing all corporate performance processes and recognition programs. Intermediate to advanced Excel with proficiency in data analysis and processing.
Knowledge and continuous monitoring of new trends in talent training and development. Excellent verbal fluency to structure and present ideas with clarity, dynamism, and naturalness before diverse audiences and executive committees.
