Bilingual Sales Coordinator B2B Sales

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator to lead a commercial team focused on consultative and technical B2B sales, serving national and international clients. Commercial management is carried out from the office, through remote attention and follow-up to clients. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving objectives. Ensure compliance with indicators, goals, and commercial performance. Supervise the progress of prospects and opportunities in CRM. Identify deviations and establish improvement actions. Provide feedback and training to the team. Accompany negotiations and more complex commercial opportunities. Maintain communication with clients and follow up on national and international opportunities. Report results and action plans to General Management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Minimum 3 years coordinating or leading commercial teams. Experience with national and international clients. CRM and commercial indicators management. Experience in training and developing sales teams. Conversational English indispensable. B2 or C1. Leadership, negotiation, analysis, and results orientation. We offer: 18,000 to 20,000 monthly.
