Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

Responsabilities: Implement a Safety Management System that meets the objectives of the company, as well as satisfies the requirements of both internal and external clients, resulting in its effective compliance. Coordinates, maintains, develops, and implements environmental management systems based on the ISO 14001 standard. Implement a Safety Management System that meets the objectives of the company, as well as satisfies the requirements of clients, resulting in its effective compliance. Coordinates, maintains, develops, and implements occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Develops and implements training programs for employees on environmental, health, and safety matters. Conducts audits and inspections to verify compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Identifies and reports potential hazards and risks to management. Collaborates with other departments to develop and implement strategies to reduce the company's environmental impact. Participates in the development of emergency response plans and conducts drills to ensure preparedness. Provides guidance and support to employees on environmental, health, and safety matters. Maintains accurate records and reports of all activities related to environmental, health, and safety. Develops and implements corrective actions for non-compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Participates in the development of company-wide initiatives to promote a culture of environmental responsibility and sustainability.
