What we are looking for
✔ Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Manager.
✔ Knowledge in labor relations, pre-payroll, incidents, and labor investigations.
✔ Handling and interpretation of the Federal Labor Law.
✔ Intermediate-advanced English (ability to interact in an international environment).
✔ Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
✔ Proactive attitude and service-oriented approach.
