Recruitment Coordinator

About the job We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. Who will lead and execute the processes of talent attraction and selection for our stores, ensuring job vacancy coverage on time and in form, promoting employee retention and guaranteeing a positive experience for candidates. Work area: Guadalajara and interior of the republic. Modality: 100% on-site – Monday to Saturday. Availability for travel and movement between assigned stores. We are looking for a proactive and organized person who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related area. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. We also require the ability to travel and move between stores, as well as a valid driver's license.
