Position Mission.

Coordinate production by optimizing material, technical, and human resources, guaranteeing product quality and maximizing process profitability, while meeting production schedules on time with the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant production, ensuring compliance with schedules, scrap targets, quality indicators (PPMs), and up-time improvement.

• Meet labor budgets and plant operating variables.

• Guarantee the execution of autonomous and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and continuity of production in optimal conditions.

• Ensure the execution and compliance of operational area work systems, including Quality (IATF 16949), Environment (ISO 14001), Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Safety standards, among others.

• Responsible for the professional development of the team, as well as ensuring compliance with training programs for personnel under their charge.

Requirements

• Education: Administrator Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in production coordination roles in related sectors (heavy manufacturing).
• Languages: Intermediate to advanced English.
