Planning Coordinator (Offshore & Onshore)

Bonatti, a leading company in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction - Oil and Gas, is seeking the following profile for a Project in Villahermosa:

Planning Coordinator (Offshore & Onshore).

Main activities:

• Ensure the update and supervision of the CMMS according to internal procedures.
• Verify that the operations and maintenance (O&M) contractor manages the CMMS in accordance with contractual obligations and safety regulations.
• Manage the personnel and organization of the operations and maintenance contractor, with relevant administration and reporting.
• Supervise the issuance and execution of work orders in accordance with the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system applicable to the O&M contract.
• Approve and optimize work orders issued by contractors.
• Analyze work feedback to improve the maintenance process.
• Supervise the accuracy, feasibility, and compliance of the maintenance plan with short and medium-term production objectives.
• Supervise and approve the resources necessary to execute each job (labor, materials, tools, contractors, etc.).
• Perform analysis of recurring failures, downtime, and equipment reliability, implementing corrective actions and improvement strategies to ensure mechanical/operational integrity.
• Coordinate and supervise the preventive, corrective, and predictive work of technicians: mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Offshore & Onshore project planning.
• Experience in O&M.
• English language preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP software.
• Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Resilience to work in high-pressure environments (critical deadlines, high risk).
• Valid Type D Seaman's Book.
• Valid T Bosiet (preferred).

Work Location: Villahermosa, Tabasco.
