Purpose of the position
Acompañar, fortalecer and give follow-up to initiatives for environmental and community development and productive development in territories with vulnerability conditions, from a systemic and regenerative approach that integrates environmental protection with community well-being.

Acompañar, fortalecer and give follow-up to initiatives for environmental and community development and productive development in territories with vulnerability conditions, from a systemic and regenerative approach that integrates environmental protection with community well-being.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete cycle of strategies supported by the foundation in areas of environment and community/productive development: design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
- Acompañar technically to partner organizations in the elaboration of logical frameworks, budgets, and schedules.
- Carry out fieldwork and territorial visits, dialoguing with communities, allied organizations, and local actors.
- Facilitate participatory evaluation processes and systematization of learning.
- Document experiences and generate clear reports for institutional decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Development, Environmental Sciences, Ecology, Geography, Environmental Engineering, Community Development or related fields. Master's degree in Sustainability, Rural Development or Socio-Environmental Studies is desirable.
- Experience in civil society organizations, cooperation, or socio-environmental projects with direct work in the field. ESSENTIAL
- Regenerative and environmental justice focus (not conservationist), with understanding of the interdependence between territory, community, and local economies.
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Cultural sensitivity and human rights approach.
- Able to translate socio-environmental diagnoses into viable and culturally relevant proposals.
- Skill in articulation with NGOs, communities, academia, and local authorities.
- Salary range: up to $30,000 net monthly, depending on experience and profile.
