Leading supply chain services company seeks: TRANSPORTATION MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR General Purpose of the Position: It is responsible for supporting and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's vehicle fleet. Roles and Responsibilities: *Plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities for the company's vehicle fleet. *Regularly inspect vehicles to identify and correct potential problems. *Perform or coordinate with external providers any necessary repairs or maintenance. *Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. *Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities. *Develop and implement procedures for maintaining vehicle fleet in accordance with company policies and regulations. *Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. *Coordinate with external providers to obtain quotes and schedule repairs or maintenance as needed. *Maintain relationships with external providers to ensure timely and cost-effective service. *Perform other duties as assigned.
