MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR OF REFRIGERATION AND BOILERS Work location: Meat processing plant - Oriental, Puebla. Essential residence in Oriental or Free Area: Maintenance (Refrigeration and Boilers) ♂️Type of position: Coordinator with personnel under charge Personnel under charge: 4 Supervisors and 14 Technicians Objective of the position Coordinate the operation and maintenance of refrigeration and boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities: • Coordinate the work of supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. • Plan and organize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. • Develop and implement procedures for the safe and efficient operation of refrigeration and boiler systems. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. • Monitor and control the inventory of spare parts and materials necessary for maintenance activities. • Perform other duties as required by the supervisor or manager. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field. • Strong knowledge of refrigeration and boiler systems, including safety standards and regulations. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
