What are we looking for in you?

Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree

Proficiency in Office Suite and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level (pivot tables and formulas)

At least 3 years of experience in relations and negotiation with suppliers.

At least 3 years of experience in the operation of electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, intrusion systems, fire protection systems).

Knowledge of electrical installation standards, plan interpretation.

What will you do with us?

1. Coordinate and administer the annual preventive maintenance program for property security systems in stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, ensuring compliance with the established schedule and coverage.

2. Manage the execution of preventive maintenance and the handling of requests and tickets for property security systems, coordinating supplier visits and audits in stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, as well as following up and promptly closing services.

3. Coordinate preventive and functional checks of alarm, intrusion, CCTV, and panic button systems, ensuring they are performed according to the established periodicity, and manage the recharging and replacement of fire extinguishers in 100% of the facilities.

4. Analyze reports derived from maintenance reviews and audits, identifying repair or replacement needs and prioritizing actions according to the operational conditions of stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices.

5. Administer and track the budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and expense control, in addition to participating in supplier bidding processes.

6. Receive and coordinate supplier visits to the facilities, ensuring the necessary conditions for the execution of reviews, maintenance, and technical surveys.

7. Track maintenance indicators, identifying deviations, recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement in the operation of property security systems.
