Research & Innovation Laboratories Coordinator

We are looking for an R&I Laboratories Coordinator to lead the operation of physicochemical analysis, packaging, and food safety laboratories, ensuring accurate, traceable, and timely results that drive innovation, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement projects.
In this role, you will be a key enabler for the Research and Development, Quality, and Operations teams to make evidence-based decisions, guaranteeing high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
What will be your impact?
- Lead the execution and release of technical analyses that support innovation projects, industrial validations, and problem-solving.
- Ensure the reliability and traceability of the information generated by the laboratories.
- Manage teams, instruments, maintenance, calibrations, and critical inventories to ensure operational continuity.
- Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and food safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize needs and meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement in processes and work methodologies.
