Coordinator of Forecast and Analytics

Job Description We are looking for a Coordinator of Forecast and Analytics who will provide visibility on credit portfolio metrics and generate reliable projections to support strategic decision-making. This role is key to monitoring the credit cycle, identifying deviations, and supporting the definition of strategies within risk limits. Main responsibilities: Monitor the origin process to detect deviations. Prepare forecasts and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize portfolio performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide expert-level support to the credit risk team, including forecasting, analytics, and reporting. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk management. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and forecasts. Provide training and guidance to team members on forecasting and analytics tools and techniques.
