Your Mission in the Team: We are looking for a Regulatory Coordinator passionate about regulatory excellence. Your role will be key to ensuring the operational continuity of our service stations, guaranteeing full compliance with applicable regulations (ASEA, CNE, CRE, PROFECO, SEMARNAT) and leading the SASISOPA model.

Your "Superpowers" (What you'll do day-to-day):

In this position, you will be the guardian of the legal and operational certainty of our network:

• SASISOPA Leadership: You will coordinate and implement the SASISOPA model at each station, ensuring that the safety and environmental management system is active in daily operations.
• Regulatory Management and Shielding: You will keep the legal obligations matrix up-to-date, managing procedures, permits, licenses, and authorizations with key authorities (ASEA, CNE, PROFECO, OPE, SEMARNAT, etc.) to ensure their timely validity.
• Handling Audits and Inspections: You will be the professional liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors during verification visits, ensuring the impeccable integration of technical files.
• Risk and Findings Evaluation: You will identify compliance gaps through internal audits and field evaluations, designing and driving corrective and preventive action plans.
• Strategic Partner for Operations and Maintenance: You will work hand-in-hand with station teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear and efficient procedures.

Who are we looking for? (Your Profile):

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (Graduated).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar positions within high-risk or regulated sectors (hydrocarbons, energy, petrochemicals, or service stations).
• Specialized Knowledge: Mastery of the SASISOPA model, ASEA, CNE, NOM-005, PROFECO regulations, and local environmental/regulatory procedures.
• Your indispensable Soft Skills: Superior analytical ability, absolute attention to detail, impeccable ethics, and excellent communication skills to interact with authorities and operational teams.
• Availability: Ease of travel to different operational areas of the network when required.
