For an important company, a distributor and industrial wholesaler specializing in screws, fastening systems, and securing materials.

Objective of the Position:

To administer and coordinate the operation of assigned strategic accounts, acting as the main liaison between the client and the company's internal departments, ensuring order fulfillment, commitment dates, timely attention, and effective incident resolution.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced English

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate client service, customer service, commercial coordination, or account management.

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is desirable.

Proficiency in ERP and commercial tracking tools.

Availability to relocate to Santa Rosa / Plan de Ayala León Guanajuato

Main Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive follow-up on assigned accounts.

Coordinate internally with sales, production, logistics, purchasing, and administration departments.

Monitor order and delivery fulfillment.

Maintain constant communication with clients.

Anticipate risks and identify potential service disruptions.

Follow up on and close incidents.

Prepare status and follow-up reports.

Keep commercial and operational information for accounts updated.

Identify opportunities for process and service improvement.

Performance Indicators

Fulfillment of commitment dates.

Follow-up and closure of pending items.

Customer service level.

Attention to and resolution of incidents.

Quality and timeliness of information provided.

Satisfaction of assigned accounts.

Job Offer:

$20,000 net monthly
