Cost Coordinator
Job description
We are looking for a Cost Coordinator, with passion for innovation and interest in developing within the company.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Preparation and analysis of unit prices for projects, ensuring precision and efficiency in estimating the same.
- Prepare detailed budgets for tenders and ongoing projects.
- Analyze indirect costs.
- Publish and update unit prices according to project requirements.
- Determine volumes of work.
- Make material quotations for projects.
- Analyze and compare real costs with budgets and projections.
- Collaborate in the management and control of project costs in progress.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree: Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar positions
- Residence location: Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara
KNOWLEDGE IN:
- Unit price preparation.
- Budget area for construction work. (preferably concrete structure).
- Software related to unit prices: NEODATA, AUTOCAD, PROJECT, and EXCEL.
