Job description

We are leaders in our industry with over 80 years in the market. We invite you to be part of our Maintenance team as a Reliability Coordinator.


What will my responsibilities be?


  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and lifecycle of assets nationwide, through the definition and implementation of predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies, based on data analysis, trends, and asset performance.
  • Comprehensively manage the maintenance process, from Planning and Scheduling to Execution, Supervision, and Continuous Improvement, ensuring operational efficiency and resource optimization.
  • Administer and control OPEX costs, as well as develop and support CAPEX investment initiatives related to asset renewal, replacement, and obsolescence, guaranteeing operational continuity, budgetary compliance, and safety of operations and personnel.


What do I need?


  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering. Graduate.
  • 7 years of experience at a management or coordination level in maintenance, preferably within the steel or metalworking industry.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Budget management and financial analysis
  • Knowledge in lubricant analysis, vibrations, and thermography.
