Compensation Coordinator, Benefits and Fleet

Job objective: Design, coordinate and control the corporate compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while also managing the fleet of vehicles and equipment. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that aligns with the company's business objectives and industry standards; Conduct market research to determine competitive salaries and benefits; Design and implement programs to recognize and reward employee performance; Manage and maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits and time-off; Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; Oversee the maintenance and management of company vehicles and equipment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
