International Trade Coordinator (TEMPORARY 6 months)

Your role:

Ensure the continuity, efficiency, and compliance of international trade operations through strategic coordination of imports and exports, ensuring timely product availability, cost optimization, and compliance with applicable regulations to support sustainable business growth.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise import and export operations, ensuring they are executed on time and in the correct manner.
• Coordinate and control foreign trade-related documentation, ensuring its correct preparation, safekeeping, and compliance.
• Administer national and international logistics, including transportation, customs, warehousing, and suppliers involved in foreign trade operations.
• Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans that ensure the continuity and efficiency of international logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and norms applicable to import and export operations.
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with customs brokers, carriers, logistics providers, international affiliates, and business partners.
• Track performance indicators, generating information for decision-making and continuous improvement of international trade operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product supply and achievement of business objectives.

Your profile:

Degree in International Trade, Administration, or related field.

Intermediate English level.

3 years of experience in similar positions in the pharmaceutical or food industry.

Work Location Cuautitlán Izcalli.
