Sonora Expansion Coordinator

Job Objective: To determine and locate the correct sites for the openings of our next KFC restaurants, establishing successful negotiations with our potential tenants, which allows us to have profitable sites close to our consumers.

What do you need to apply?

• Education: / Business Administration / Architect / Engineer / Law
• Availability to travel in the regions of Sonora and Sinaloa
• Must have a driver's license
• 3 years as a Real Estate Coordinator, Real Estate, Expansion, or similar in companies preferably in fast food, retail, coffee shops, or similar.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Negotiate contracts with developers or owners.
• Search for properties for presentation and potential approval before a multidisciplinary committee.
• Conduct legal, topographical, environmental impact, and soil mechanics studies.
• Support in obtaining permits and licenses.
• Prepare location and preliminary cost reports.
• Carry out legal and technical-environmental studies.
• Verify the viability of new marketing areas.
• Verify the feasibility of licenses and permits.
