Main Responsibilities Manage the talent acquisition process comprehensively for unionized, operational, and administrative positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and internal clients. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that ensure timely and effective coverage of assigned vacancies. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, university outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Coordinate the selection and hiring process, following up from vacancy publication to employee onboarding, ensuring compliance with established timelines and standards. Analyze and track key indicators such as time to fill, source effectiveness, hiring quality, and candidate experience, proposing improvement actions.
