Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for our next Corporate Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition initiatives at the corporate level, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and internal clients, in addition to contributing to the fulfillment of hiring objectives and the strengthening of our employer brand.

Main responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate attraction and selection processes for strategic and specialized positions.

✅ Be a strategic partner to business areas, understanding their talent needs and providing effective solutions.

✅ Monitor recruitment indicators and generate analyses that drive decision-making.

✅ Implement attraction strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and specialized sourcing.

✅ Strengthen the candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

✅ Participate in continuous improvement and transformation projects for selection processes.

Profile we are looking for:

Completed Bachelor's degree.

Experience in Talent Acquisition, Specialized Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

Knowledge and management of recruitment indicators.

Experience managing multiple vacancies and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.

Desirable experience in high-volume corporate environments.
