Warehouse Coordinator

This position involves the daily supervision of logistics operations in Sant Boi de Llobregat, ensuring that products are stored correctly and are ready for distribution. Responsibilities include managing inventories, coordinating with other departments, and optimizing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are also analyzed and management reports are prepared, all while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Part of the job is to lead the warehouse team, assigning tasks, supervising performance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Problem-solving skills, decision-making under pressure, and leading multidisciplinary teams are required. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency in the logistics sector. Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is required, as well as knowledge of WMS, MS Office, and ERP systems. Training in logistics or administration is valued, and a certification in occupational safety is desirable though not mandatory.
