Warehouse Coordinator

Job description

Responsible for supervising the activities of the JuP1 warehouse personnel, ensuring that instructions, processes, and procedures are followed as indicated on the Quality System instructions. Continuously work on improving the area and provide an excellent level of service to internal/external customers.

Computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Power point, SAP: P72, P59 Experience/Knowledge:
5 years of materials management experience in automotive industry.
Problem solving (PDCA’s, Fish bone,8D’s, 5why, Shining)
Experience with external / internal audits.
AEO and C-TPAT requirements and audits.
Experience managing a staff of 150+ associates.
Inventory management
Managing special projects in logistics department
Supply chain experience working in a manufacturing facility
Experience communicating regularly with customers, carriers, and suppliers
Experience creating BOLs and POs
Experience in logistics industry
