Main responsibilities: ✔️ Coordinate and follow up on the performance of external early payment collection agencies. ✔️ Monitor operational indicators and recovery metrics. ✔️ Develop and implement effective collection strategies. ✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of collection efforts. ✔️ Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. ✔️ Provide guidance and support to external agencies to achieve desired outcomes. ✔️ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. ✔️ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency representatives and internal teams. ✔️ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
