ACADEMIC COORDINATOR OF DESIGN PROGRAMS

The Universidad del Valle de México is seeking a Bachelor's Program Coordinator with a background in Industrial Engineering, committed to academic excellence and with leadership skills for educational management.

Required Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.

Master's degree in Communication, Administration, Design Management, or an MBA with a focus on Innovation.

Experience in higher education teaching.

Knowledge in academic planning, program management, and educational regulations.

Experience in academic program management and coordination of teaching teams.

Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.

Functions:

Coordinate and supervise the academic operation of the bachelor's degree program.

Ensure compliance with study plans and programs, in accordance with institutional and external regulations.

Drive continuous improvement and academic accreditation processes.

Promote linkage with the productive sector and student participation in research, innovation, and professional development activities.

Monitor teaching and student performance, fostering academic quality.
