Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities related to the company's derivatives management and financial hedging;
  • Act directly in the area's operations, supporting analysis, negotiations, and monitoring of financial instruments;
  • Evaluate the impacts of derivative operations on the company's results and strategy;
  • Lead and develop the team, promoting organization, direction, and monitoring of deliverables;
  • Ensure the excellence of processes, controls, and reports related to financial operations;
  • Work in partnership with different areas of the company, contributing to decision-making.


Requirements

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Treasury and/or Derivatives;
  • In-depth knowledge of interest rate swap and currency swap operations;
  • Experience in analyzing the impacts of financial operations on company results;
  • Technical profile, with strong analytical skills and business acumen;
  • Experience in managing and developing teams, including defining priorities, monitoring results, and supporting professional development;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.


Considered a Plus

  • Experience in exporting companies;
  • Experience in the agribusiness, pulp and paper, mining, steel, meatpacking, or industries with significant currency exposure segments;
  • Knowledge of derivative instruments beyond swaps;
  • Experience in preparing and presenting managerial and executive reports related to financial risk management.

Work Location

  • Hybrid model, with work between São Paulo and Indaiatuba.
