Coordinator of FP&A Local: Aurizona, municipality of Godofredo Viana (MA), Brazil Number of Vacancies: 01 Work Model: Hybrid 10 consecutive days at the unit, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, and then works 20 consecutive days in home office mode. During the entire presential period at the unit, the company provides accommodation. About the Opportunity We are looking for an FP&A Coordinator to act strategically in financial planning for the unit, with strong emphasis on data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial plan for the unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; - Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements; - Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments; - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; - At least 3 years of experience in FP&A; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
